The systems Brandy's Sales Coach can read from and act on. The Coach uses these to help Brandy get the most out of every touchpoint.
Reads inbound and outbound. Drafts responses for Brandy's review. Brandy sends.
Creates events and sends invites on her behalf when she asks.
Reads contact records, deal status, and partner notes. Updates records when Brandy asks. Lives in Airtable.
Auto-pulls recent meeting transcripts by date, attendee, or call ID. No need to paste. Reads transcripts from Fathom.
Before any meeting, the Coach researches the person and the firm, pulls relevant context from Airtable, and drafts a short prep document.
"I have a meeting tomorrow with the partner at Crew Advisors. Help me prep."
The Coach pulls the Fathom transcript, reads it, and tells Brandy what worked, what missed, and what to drill for next time. Updates the Airtable record with the relevant notes.
"Walk me through that call I just had. What did I miss?"
The Coach drafts the follow-up in Charles' brand voice, scrubbed of sales register, ready for Brandy's review. Brandy edits and sends.
"Help me follow up with the family-office partner I met in Park City."
When Brandy is sitting with a hard situation — a tough question from a referrer, a deal that's gone quiet, a dynamic she can't read — the Coach diagnoses what's happening and gives her a specific move.
"This referrer hasn't responded in three weeks. What do I do?"
Note for Charles. The Coach has MCP-level access to Gmail, Airtable, Fathom, and Google Calendar through the Claude Project setup. Email actions are draft-only by default — Brandy reviews and sends. Calendar events and invites are created when Brandy asks. Fathom transcripts auto-pull on request.
